I have a few questions…..
is it ok to add more salt after after waiting a period of time with no major results? I zealously made cherry tomato poppers and the veggie mix for flu….. I made them on 10-9 and 10-10. No great results and so yesterday I put more salt in. . I am wondering if that will help at all. Have I ruined the foods? Should I throw them out? I do see a wee bit more bubbles in the tomatoes today.
As a rule, what is the salt ratio to water?
If they are still ok to eat, should I refridgerate them now or wait and see if they will ferment better?
